Hey gang. I’m gonna give EDT a try starting tomorrow, but I’ve got a question regarding bodypart frequency. In the original EDT program, most bodyparts are trained once per week; however, a couple, namely quads and abs, are trained twice per week (quads - extensions on Tuesday, lunges on Friday; abs - ball crunches on Tuesday, sit-ups and russian twists on Friday). My question is for those who have tried the program and whose experiences might yield insight: since I have to change some of the original program’s exercises due to equipment limitations anyway, should I perhaps move exercises around so that everything only gets hit once a week, or would it be preferable to preserve the breakdown of the original program so that quads and abs still each get hit twice a week (albeit with a single exercise each time)?
