Another Carb Cycling Question

I’m sure you’ve answered 1000 of these questions but a quick carb cycling so I’m on 2340 calories with 220 carbs 70 fat and 205 protein so on the day I’m on low carb would I still aim for 2340 calories through fats and proteins ? And high carb days will I have to accept I’ll eat higher than the 2340 I’m normally on


If fat loss is the goal, only change carbs… so you will also have high and low calorie days which is fine. If your goal is muscle growth, adjust the fats on the low carb days to keep caloric intake the same as on your normal day, but keep fats and protein the same on the high carb days
