another best/worst

Ok…these favourite/least favourite posts seem to be quite popular, so here goes: What is your favourite/least favourite bodypart to work? Same goes for exercises…

For me, body parts: back, delts, and forearms…of course, legs are my least favourite.

Fav execs: all of them, especially pull-ups, deads, reverse curls, laterals, and upright rows.

I’m not a big fan of “showy” leg exercises (ie leg press), and for some reason I dont look forward to benching as much as others do.

My favorite body parts to train would have to be legs, lower back and traps. Favorite exercises are Squat, Zercher Deadlifts, Shrugs, Barholds, and Powercleans. Least favorite would be anything on a machine.
