Ok…these favourite/least favourite posts seem to be quite popular, so here goes: What is your favourite/least favourite bodypart to work? Same goes for exercises…
For me, body parts: back, delts, and forearms…of course, legs are my least favourite.
Fav execs: all of them, especially pull-ups, deads, reverse curls, laterals, and upright rows.
I’m not a big fan of “showy” leg exercises (ie leg press), and for some reason I dont look forward to benching as much as others do.
