banded leg press with elitefts light bands-worked up to 7plates aside for 10reps
conditioning: treamill sprints on an incline, short intense sprints lasts like 10 min then 5min cool down

pullups-like a total of 70
banded hammer strength press- last set was 45 and 25 each side with red mini bands from elitefts on it, did about 8 reps with it using a 3 second negative on each rep.
cardio: treadmill incline sprints for about 8 minutes or so.

leg extensions- 21’s for 3 sets
leg curls-4 sets of 8 heavy
leg press- worked up to 9 plates per side and did a big drop set down to 2pps for a total of 100reps(this was BRUTAL!)

nice squat PRs in here! I always feel like the 25 and 45 lb plates are big markers

thanks buddy, me too! I really want to hit 405 on squat by like summer time.

hey sorry I haven’t been on here in months. School got really busy, and so did work. I had my first powerlifting meet in april at the RPS Spring Supremacy. It went alright for being my first meet. Left feeling really good about my deadlift. My total was 1090, squat was 370, bench 245, deadlift 475 in the 198 raw modern class for the juniors 20-23 division.
