ok guys, so i've been training seriously, in the past weeks (3) i lost 2 inches on my belly, but i want to lose another 2 or 3 inches off my belly in the following 21 days.
In order to accomplish this, i'll have to go balls to the wall, boxing in the morning from mondtay to friday and lifting weights everyday.
Day 1, DL,squat, hammies
Day 2: Bench press or variation, overhead press and triceps
Day 3:Pull ups or chin ups, bb row, DB row or power clean.
I'm doing a PSMF.
3 50 gr of whey shakes a day.
4 boiled eggs (2 serving of 2 eggs)
200 gr of chicken breast.
And tomorrow i'm getting some fish oil caps.
So today training was:
No cardio today, but tomorrow will start boxing.
