I had this type of pain before.I don't remember how I get rid of it.I have problem squezing barbells, dumbells in hand.Mostly the pain it's when I touch,press the place.It's really anoying because I cannot deadlift, cleans, heavy farmers carry etc.Some help?
I'd say you're gripping everything wrong
It's been a couple of months since you posted. Is it any better? Sounds like "jersey finger". I did that doing sandbag loading. It slowly went away, but I had to baby it. I had to use straps quite a bit more for a while.
