On my job there is a colleague about 26 years old (I’m 30) and he got a promotion by probing his tongue deep inside the chief’s arse. Although I didn’t compete for the promotion, he still irritates me. He’s acting very arrogant towards me and I feel he looks down on me.
He’s a leftist (socialist) and not sportive at all. I’m the only muscular guy at work (+/- 230lbs for 1m83 @ 15%) and he regards me as a typical meathead macho. Although I have my university degree and have a second profession with my own company (nobody at work knows that).
My blood boils everytime I see him and I want to take him down.
Crushing him with my hands, is not an option. I have to do it in an intelligent manner.
I’ve searched the internet, but there is no information about him (no facebook, blogs, etc), so no smut there.
Any tips? (please no “kill him with fire”, because it’s not an option).

I happen to be your colleague and what you call tongue deep in the Chief’s arse I refer to as good ole fashioned politicing. The boss and I like to joke about what a big douche you are and how you think you are swole.
I’m currently enjoying my recent promotion with the subsequent pay raise that comes with it. better luck next time.
