Tore my left posterior tibialis 3 months ago, but I kept walking on it because I couldnt see a specialist until this week. I was training bodyweight, so I was able to work through the pain on leg days when Id do BW squats and pistols. And even if i was really sore, after the workout, Id always feel better.
So last week I started SL5x5, and my ankle is killing me
I meet with a surgeon next week to discuss operations, and I was wondering what sort.of training I should do. I could go bavk to BW and do pistols on my right leg, but would it be better to not work my right leg while my left is immobile?
