I really need some input on this one. Last night while training calves I experienced a burn in my ankle region before my calves. I was doing seated raises, and it greatly limited my training on that excercise. My claves have always been a major weak point for me, and I am trying hard to bring them up. Has anyone else had this particular problem? Any advice would be appreciated.
I have a similar problem. When I wake up the morning after calf trainning, my achillis tendon is very sore and tight. I recomend stretching, the 100 reps program and making sure that when you do your seated calf raises, your knees/lower quads are on the pad (so your calves are perpendicular to the ground.
