The top of my foot where it attaches to my leg as well as the achilles tendon ache when I squat. I also have really bad shin splints if that makes a difference. I’m thinking it’s tendonitis. I squat 3x a week (russian squat routine) and I have to walk my weights out much farther than typical because the rack In my gym kind of sucks.

Your better off going to see the Dr and getting some x-rays done. Sounds like it could be bone spurs.
