I’m slowly cutting calories (don’t diet plan) and increasing my aerobics/anaerobics (meltdown style taining)to lose the 10-15 lbs fat that accumulated over the past 3-4 months-I have 2 bottles of Androsol any recommendations on use? Once-a-day protocol or save it for intensive use as fat-loss slows? Also I have 2 bottles of the original T-2, should I start this now or wait 'till loss slows? MD-6/theromenics are out due to elevated blood pressure probably helped by this roll of f’ing fat around my waist). Any advice would be appreciated.
