I read an article at another bodybuilding website that listed supplements that shold not be stacked. Most of it was obvious: zinc and calcium, creatine and caffeine, etc. But the article said that vitamin E could inhibit the conversion of andro to testosterone. I’ve never heard this anywhere else. Is this for real?
I don’t know about that, but the creatine and caffeine thing has been largely dismissed by most experts it seems.
Even if that were true, it would only seem to apply to oral andro.
Actually, studies show that caffeine and creatine can be stacked together, because one of them drags water out of the intracellular space and the other from within the cell or something like that… I also read that the newest studies show that caffeine is not dehydrating at all… so, it’s a bit confusing…
