Does anybody here use an app to prepare their workout, keep a log, and keep track of goals? I've been looking and there's a ton of them in the Play Store. Just wanted to see if any of yall used any in particular. Thanks
I nust use a memo pad app if i decide to log stuff
Excel to set up programs, day to a page diary as a day to day training log
