Okay— so the world says NEVER put Androderm on the scrotum but they don’t say why. What’s the deal-- is it increased risk of iritation or does this substantially increase the dose?
I used to put it on my scrotum. The skin is thinner there and should absorb more of the testosterone, though I don’t know by how much. They probably don’t recommend it becuase of the burning sensation–the scrotum is very sensitive, and most consumers would be turned off by this, especially for lifetime treatment. I didn’t care and did it anyway, but ended up getting jock itch, or whatever you call it. I used Testim, which when applied there never seemed to fully dry. Anyway, I’d say go for it.
