Presently 335lbs, 5’9". 28%BF 36 Yrs old, 13 Days from 37.
Goal 270lbs, 18-20$ BF

Will be logging every meal in a notebook and tallying up cal’s to add or subtract where need be to keep in the 1700-2000 Daily range.
