Alright so I’m a total beginner when it comes to this… forgive me if I sound silly. I just really need some advice and pointers from a reliable and supporting community. I’m 28 years old and my current body weight is 115lbs. I work out 3-4 days a week and I maintain a healthy diet… except for Sunday’s… Sunday’s I destroy the fridge. I was encouraged by my fiancé to take Anavar. I’ve been taking 5 mg per day since mid Feb to late March. Currently, I’ve been taking 5mg every two days. Im seeing a difference physically and mentally. All positive so far.
I’ve read the average women can take 5mg to 20mg per day depending on what her goal is. I’ve also read that you should be on a 4-6 cycle and stop taking it for 10 weeks. My goal is to gain muscle, hit 120lbs and then lean out. I have a wedding to go to in November and I’m getting married early next year… so I’m trying to look as awesome as possible, lol. Before I take any further steps… I’d like to know:
- Should I continue to take Anavar at 5mg/day or stop for the 10 week span?
- I’ve read that it boosts your immune system, I’m freaking out because of this whole COVID thing… can I continue to take 5mg everyday or every other day? Is it safe to do so?
- Am I doing this all wrong and should I essentially stop for 10 weeks and then start my cycle the right way?
Any guidance and info. would be greatly valued and appreciated.
