Should I be concerned about transferring anastrozole to my girlfriend via unprotected sex? I had a vasectomy so we don’t use condoms. I read it can be transferred via body fluids.

Anastrozole is not excreted in body fluids. 85% is metabolized by the liver(into inactive products) and the rest removed in the urine, not semen. Even if it did it wouldn’t be a risk since women create most of their estrogen in the ovaries without the aromatase enzyme. The aromatase enzyme does not accept estrogen as a substrate, it receives testosterone and other precursors to estrogen. All it could do is reduce the conversion of the small amount of testosterone she creates in the adrenal glands.
