Anaconda Question


i just order the Anaconda supplement. What is the best doses i should start with?

Pretty much, yep.

1 or 2 scoops, starting as soon as you get to the gym and sipping all throughout the session, would be a fine first step.

Depending on your goals and diet, you can try a scoop a half-hour or so before training and one during, or other variations.
