Sorry if this has been posted before, just curious for those on the protocol, what are the following nutrient numbers for pre, during (peri) and post workout nutrition.
Im asking specifically for calories, protein and carbs when adding all the supplements together.
Im looking for before, during and after training nutrient breakdowns.

The thing is that those macro-nutrients are only part of the equation, and not the most important part if you ask me.
The TYPE of carbs and protein is much more important than their quantities.
The individual amino acids included to elicit a specific physiological response are also key.
The other supplements included in the product to boost performance, improve hydration and help with recovery does at least 50% of the work.
So there is no way to copy the protocol simply by ingesting the same amount of carbs and protein from other products or food.
