Anaconda Protocol = Best Clean Bulk?



In the past, I would increase my caloric intake anywhere from 500 to 1000 calories above maintenance during a bulk phase with clean food. Now with the Anaconda protocol, do you feel it is best to use the full protocol while eating at maintenance as being the best way to a clean bulk or do you still recommend an increase in caloric intake in addition to the protocol? thanks



The protocol (original one) provides enough of a caloric increase to turn ''maintenance'' eating into ''growth eating''. You likely wont need any more than that. But like everything, it is something that needs to be assessed on an ongoing basis.
