Anaconda Protocol and PWO Surge Recovery


In the protocol, there seems to be nothing dedicated to post workout nutrition. I'm guessing it's because the Anaconda protocol is either
(A) - addressing nutrition only before & during your workout OR
(B) - a PWO shake(ie-SURGE Recovery) just isn't necessary.
So, is taking Surge Recovery after drinking the remainder of Anaconda a good move? If not, could someone tell me why not (I'm guessing it's b/c of the FINiBARS in protocol 1 or the SURGE Workout Fuel in protocol 2)
