Is there any merit to using K-rala along with the ANACONDA Protocol 2? If so, what's the best time to take it? I'm asking because I've got a bottle of K-Rala [250 gms] and I'm not to sure if it fits in the peri workout protocol or would I be better off taking it outside the workout window? Any relevant input would be greatly appreciated.
