I’m planning to start the Anaconda protocol once things balance out financially (hopefully shortly after x-mas). My plan is to go back on I,BB with the Anaconda protocol.
My question is; would the full protocol; 3 FINiBARs, 3 scoops Anaconda, 2 Scoops MAG-10 be overkill for a guy who is 5’8" and about 160-165lbs? I plan on following a 3-meal a day plan very similar to what Miyaki wrote about. I’m already on something similar so it won’t be much of a change.
I’m relatively lean and may try to lean out more just before starting. My goals are to gain as much mass as possible on I,BB and worry about dropping any “excess” weight after.
On a side note; gaining weight has always been a bit of a struggle for me as I’ve always found it hard to maintain proper calorie intake for a sustained amount of time, which is why I’m leaning towards protocol one.
I know this is obviously something I’ll probably need to try for myself but any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
