With a very busy work schedule, I’m starting to find it hard to make time to lift. I really can lift any day of the week, but I usually work 8-7 everyday (sometimes I’m off a little earlier, sometimes a little later).

I want to start I,BODYBUILDER. Only question is, is it okay to lift at night time? How would I revolve a diet around that, or should I just do it in the morning?

Also, I’ve done some reading and have found that there isnt necessarily a specific time that is better than another (morning vs. night). If I can get up in the morning, that would probably be my best option, so how would I use the protocol with that.
