Has anyone read/experimented with Dr. Mauro DiPasquale’s Anabolic Solution for Powerlifters?
I have the Anabolic solution for powerlifters. The short of it is…eat less than 20grams/carb per day. Do that for two weeks straight, then refeed on the weekends (after induction phase). Personally, I couldn’t go back to an Atkins approach again.
The bulk of the book is explaining why this works. I don’t know how effective it is, but it’s another low-carb variant.
