Anabolic Solution Test

hello everyone.

First, I warn you that I 'm French , so dont be surprised if I do some grammatical errors .

I'm 24 , I lift weights for about 5 years .
Because some personals reasons, I was forced to stop training for a few months ...
Before my break , I had an acceptable level ( 176lbs / 80kg, 1m65 / 5;5 and 10 12 % bodyfat ) and acceptable performance ( BP 330 , DL 550 , ST 440)

Despite a clean diet , I took very quickly fat and lost a lot of muscle
now my weight is 75kg / 165lbs but for about 15 to 16% bodyfat ...

After much research about anabolic solution of Di Pasquale doctor , I wanted to try it on myself. I think I have a compatible body because I digest very well fat and I have a very slow metabolism, and I do easly water retention .

I read the two books of Dr. di pasquale ( BB and PL version) but my English sucks and I dont know if i understood all concepts of this diet.

I come here to see with you if I understood all concepts of this diet and also help me to build an anabolic diet .
I wanted to try the BB diet .
