Last Spring I was excited about an article, but that has turned into a full blown manual -an article series just wouldn't cut it.

The Anabolic Index manual is my main project right now. It's going well, but I'm not going to compromise anything, which means that it's taking longer than I ever imagined.

I'm never making predictions about deadlines again. LOL
