I just finished a little over 3 months on the Anabolic Diet. I dropped a load of fat while not loosing much (if any) muscle. I noticed that the mental fuzziness and lower energy I would feel mon-wed (before I completely re-established ketosis) got worse and worse as I got leaner. I really didn’t change what I was eating much and tried all of the remedies suggested i the book for those symptoms. Anyone else get this effect? I wanted to stay on the diet longer but it was effecting my work performance.
