Anabolic Diet/Metabolic Diet/ Anabolic for Pwers/ Radical diet?

Hey guys I have searched around for this…what is the big difference between all of these different Pasquale diets? Whats their goal/target? Also any feedback from anyone of results from any of these…

I know T-Nation is littered with logs…but it was the last three diets that mainly interested me…Also is this an ebook or regular book?


Anabolic is the basic.

Metabolic is geared towards the general population.

Anabolic for PL has info on peaking for a meet.

Radical is an extremely low calorie variation.
