Anabolic Diet Low Carb Thread

I don’t normally eat much bacon but sometimes on the weekend I like to have it as part of a more formal breakfast. I normally just have a shake during the week because I lift in the mornings. It’s nice to have a sit down breakfast sometimes.

Here is my whole plate:

We had a cookout Saturday so I grilled up some boneless, skinless, chicken thighs:

Chicken platter! I brushed them with Paula Deen’s sugar free bbq sauce.

I also roasted up a bunch of veggies.

Love the ice cream tip, definitely gonna try that one out!

Just made up those protein peanut butter cookies. I added some Whey protein to the recipe and added a little bit of cinnamon, but they are BADASS and wicked easy to make. Thanks mane.

Yeah those are awesome. My only problem is that I eat the whole batch at once!


Nutrition for the week:
Meal 1- 14oz Muscle Milk Light
Meal 2- same as meal 1
Meal 3- same as meal 1
Intra-workout- 40g my amino acid blend
Post-Workout- 60g Whey Isolate
Feast- 24oz pork loin, 1 Tbsp EVOO, 5 eggs, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, veggies
