Anabolic Diet Log

I stuck to my diet all day except for a huge salad at lunch with sweet and sour dressing which added like 15 carbs. EDT sessions went OUTSTANDING. We hit chest and legs with incline DB press/leg press and flat bb bench/step ups. My underwear were soaked I was sweating so bad.

Weighed in at 175lbs on the nose post workout. Not sure if that’s good or NOT?

After posting my questions on the AD in the nutrition forum I have decided my body fat problem will not be solved with this diet and I am terminating this log. I’ve got some soul searching to do…but I’ll be back! I promise.

I’ve done AD 3 years. First off, no veggies? No good. Also, your fats are slacking. And your suppose to go exactly by the book for at least 2 months and adjust from there…don’ bad mouth the diet if your not doing it right. BTW I don’t see how you didn’t find these mistakes even after reading maybe ONLY Disc Hoss’ posts.
