Anabolic Diet for Powerlifters

I found the anabolic diet but it is the version for bodybuilders. And Im just wondering what the difference is. Can someone fill me in on the differences? Do I just need to stay on the “mass phase” while Im doing my powerlifting?

Also do I need to be counting fat and protein grams as well as carbs or just eat when Im hungry and keep carbs below 30g?
