I would appreciate if any folks who have tried the Anabolic Diet would share their experiences with it; the results produced and any tips you have for someone planning to go on it. I’m planning on going straight to the cutting phase as my fat loss has stalled on a straight ketogenic diet. Will the weekend carb up help break this plateau? Also, I’m wondering if this diet can really mimic the effects of steroids. Any input would be appreciated.
