I guess ive gotten down most exercises quite well and routine-wise im getting there. Westside methods are working very well for me recently.
A friend that used to work with me at the gym started talking things ive never really read about...his post-workout insulin spike. anabolic. etc.
I was wondering if anyone can throw me a down to the point link to information on these subjects. I didnt find anything except steroids when i searched for anabolic.
Any help appreciated.
