For about 2 weeks I was bulking, using the normal high cal diet, w/ Berardi’s recommened breakdowns (3 p and c meals, 3 p and f).
I was eating alot of cals, but still feeling somewhat “flat”. So I switched it up…now its 5 p and C meals, 2 p and f…and I’m feeling much fuller, alot more glycogen.
Extra carbs (that aren’t sucrose ect) seem to really help me out. Just my personal observation on what works for me.
