I know this is one of the main ingredients in all these kynoselen products and rip offs. But, is adenosine monophosphate potentially really effective? It seems to interfere in the cycle of energy in a different way than creatine. Yet still it seems very hopeful to me. Perhaps even creatine and AMP together! Does anyone else know about this substance? How well is it absorbed? Can you imagine the potential for msucle endurance? It could be unreal in a trained athlete.
