Amount of Fat Consumed for Ectomorph?

For an ectomoprh, you stated in your article easy hard gainers (http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/training_for_easyhard_gainers) that ectomoprhs should have 10-20 percent of daily calories as fat.

But you also stated how to bulk in the carb cycling codex(http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/training_for_easyhard_gainers) but it shows that i should eat around 38% of my calories as fat.

Which of these guidelines do you recommend that I follow?

I’ve been wondering about this too. I thought ectomorphs had a low ratio of fast twitch fibers to slow twitch fibers, which meant that digesting fats would be slower for them and not efficient for their fast metabolism.
