Sorry but wasnt sure where to post...
Yesterday i did the pulse-fast except i did it with only MAG-10 and because i woke up late i think i did anywhere from 5-7 pulses
i wanted to do two sessions today so i woke up early and went about it as follows
-30 1 scoop whey + 1.5 apple(s)
-15 started sipping 2 scoops WOF
-0 Finished WOF
Para Workout 3 scoops MAG10
+15 1 scoop whey
when i got home, i took off my shirt and could smell the ammonia...
Thibs or anyone else, if you have any advice i'd really appreciate it
