I went to school with two Amish twin brothers in grade school and they were ripped and strong as hell. In 6th grade they had biceps that put everyone to shame.
I’ll never forget watching them go toe-to-toe in the classroom one time. They beat the FUCK out of each other, best fight I’ve ever seen to this day. No pussy cheap shit, just straight blows for over a minute. The way a fight is supposed to be.

Considering most of the people here seem to have arms UNDER 16", arms that put everyone to shame don’t really need to be that big anymore in American classrooms.
I’ve seen women that could put “everyone to shame” in a 6th grade classroom…but I do get what you are saying. Farm boys (which is what they were) are usually expected to be a little stronger than the average video game playing teenager who barely goes outside.
