Hi everyone, I thought that I would start a training log. Historically I maxed out around 350lbs on the Bench Press, with a 700lb deadlift when I used to compete at my best in Powerlifting.
So today I started off pretty light with the 225lb NFL bench Rep test which I hit for about 15.
I will start deadlifting again next week for the first time in 3.5 years. But I will proceed with machine deadlifting this week, just to get used to the action again, before moving onto the barbell next week.
Have a really great weekend everyone and take care I highly doubt I will ever get to a 400lb bench press, but it remains a dream of mine!
