Got my challenge kit yesterday and I start day one in about 15 minutes. I’ve been walking 3.5 miles in the mornings with a 35lb vest on. Is it ok to continue this or should I stop during the program? Here are my starting pics…
It is perfectly fine, that type of work will not interfere with the program and will actually complement it
