Hi Coach, hope you and the family are happy, healthy and doing well. I know it is more conducive to perform your main/heavy workouts in the morning, all the same, i was just inquiring if you could perform extra workouts like eccentric-less sled work and light isolation/pump work in the PM for the main muscles trained on that day? Or would it be better to perform them at the end of your main workout in the AM?
If your schedule and lifestyle allow for a split schedule, it’s best that way.
A second option is to do a feeder workout… do the light pump/eccentric-less work for the muscles you trained YESTERDAY at the beginning of the next day’s workout.
