Am I Too Cut for 17 Weeks Out?

Hey guys I am 17 weeks out of my first physique comp. Currently train 6 days a week eating 3000 cals 15 mins cardio a day. Macros are 200p/350c/80f. How do I put on the proper size and for how long before my comp? Any advice/suggestions/feedback is appreciated.


No such thing as ready too early

If you are looking to still put on size, than no, you are not too cut, you are in a good place to be.

As for what Grind said, definitely agree that being ready early is best.

Rough estimate, I’d say you can still focus on size for 4 to 6 weeks than start contest prep.
