Am I Lean Enough to Start a Bulk

Will do. So I continue to eat at 2581 calories and lift. Two questions

  1. Should I post pics 3 weeks later here or ?

  2. Should I use my self-designed routine as explained in my above posts hitting each muscle twice a week ( everyday gym) and the only compounds I have are bench press, shoulder press.
