No. Don't bulk or cut at this point. Get a handle on reasonable eating habits and hard training first.

Read it. But i don't understand what did jim meant by 'eat less at each
meal to lose weight. Eat more of each to gain weight'.

I do not know which part of that you don't understand. Could you explain what you find confusing about it?

You need to 100% completely forget the terms bulk and cut right now. You need to learn to eat well, train hard, and sleep even harder.

Owh. Got it. Sorry. Yes, i understand now. Actually i got this advice from
others also. (Eat clean, train hard, forget calories) But it's good to have
2nd opinion right? :grin::grin::grin:

You need to pick 10 or so exercises and get strong as possible in them . Period.
