I’ll try to get some pumped pictures up in the next little while. I look a hell of a lot bigger when I get my pump on. And as for traps? I’ve never in my once had somebody tell me they were a lagging body part. I actually try to avoid trap work because they grow so much faster than everything else. But there’s a first time for everything I suppose. I have a powerlifting comp in 4 weeks, so worrying about what I look like will have to come after that.[/quote]
No offense intended - but you asked. remember opinions are like assholes.
know a couple folks whove made some progress on calves with intermittent calf work, 1 week on 1 week off etc, taking breaks as long as 2 weeks in between then hit them hard for a week again {beware of DOMS with this method} also using a light load on the 45 leg press and doing a jump push, weighted jumps, jumping rope {if youre more coordinated than me}. mild compartment syndrome is a common problem for people in your situation in which case a even a gallon of synthol wont help so maybe lock and load
Compartment syndrome is definitely a problem for me when I hit calves a lot. I know I just have incredibly tight fascia… Maybe removing the fascia is the solution.
