Always Pulling My Back

Ever since i was 10, i would always pull my back somehow. the exact region is right side, where the top lat insertion is to the teres major. whenever i look behind my back towards my right too fast something gives and i can’t twist my back right for hours and sometimes it even spasms.

now that i lift weights, this happens on occasion even if my form is spot on. in fact, the tighter i arch my back, the easier my back gets pulled. i went to a doctor when i was 12 but he couldn’t find anything wrong. my back gets “pulled” now every other day and i’m worried. does anyone know what this could be?

Go to other doctor, i discovered my tweaks on “lats” were actually rhomboids, i fixed with pushups and face pulls
