Having noticed that several of us here have a very limited ability/complete inability to sucessfully perform the stretch CW shows in his last article, I suggested another alternative to him. He gave me the sign of approval so here it is. BTW bear with me on the description.
Reach one arm behind your back as though you were going to press your palms together (just like CW's stretch). Then instead of using pressing against your palm, use some sort of flat fixed surface ex. a peice of equipement. I noticed more of a stretch in the wrists/hands/forearms. I won't use this in place of CW's stretch but rather to get me closer to being able to perform it properly.
