Alternative to Good Mornings?

I am without a power rack for the time being and my program calls for good mornings.

What would be the best way to do them?

Overhead press the bar and put it behind me and do the good morings?(might be a pain to get it off, too)

Get a spotter to help lift it up?(doing 10 sets of 3…the spotter would be very annoyed)

Use dumbells?

Any other suggestions? Thanks for your time.
