Alternative to Dips?

Having performed dips for some time now, and wanting to give my shoulder joints some rest, any suggestions for alternative exercises for dips would be appreciated.

I’d love for it to be a bodyweight exercise too if possible.



decline push ups, decline flys, reverse dips (with feet up)


I’m interested in this as well as when I try to do dips I get caught between the bars.
